Day 7
Well the beach is fun, but it's time to pull up stakes and take the 4 hour drive to Columbia for our afternoon tour of USC.
We have been to this school before, when we did the tours with Joel. We all thought highly of the school then and it was no different this time. When its all done and said this is probably one of the top 3 schools Kiki will want to go to.
After the tour we grab a quick bite and head to our last destination for the week. The Smoky Mountains of North Carolina.
We went into the park and climbed to the top of the highest point in the park, Clingmans Dome. Interestingly, this is my 3rd time to this part of the park. For Mackenzie it's her second as we did this on her eighth grade graduation trip.

I even got to take a few steps on the Appalachian Trail that winds around this peak.
