As previously mentioned we decided against doing any activities on Saturday and do the 12+ hour drive home.
Not much to say here. Beautiful weather, great scenery in the mountains. Torrential rains in Tennessee, and flat boring land from Indiana home. We did get home at 10:02 PM.
I forgot to mention in my posts the that weather was really nice the whole trip except it was near record heat everywhere we went. Between 94-100 everywhere every day. They occasionally closed the resort pools due to inclement weather in the area. A nice way to say 'no swimming' when there is lightning all over.
