Thursday Day 4

Today was a little cloudy so we did a few extra errands.

Like Costco for some stuff for Joel and then to his Apartment to drop that stuff off.  He has new floors in the kitchen and living room, new furniture, new appliances. Very nice.  They have a hamster we were not aware of. her name is Consuela.  The whole place is (ahem) tastefully decorated.  One of the guys is quite crafty.  Making transformer masks out of cereal boxes.  Reminds me a lot of when I lived with some of my friends.

With that out of the way, we went to the creatively named "Golf  N Stuff"  Mini-golf, go carts, arcade and batting cages.  18 holes of mini golf.  I had three hole in ones but still lost.

This has to be the most detailed mini golf parlors I have ever encountered.  The mini dioramas were a little weather beaten but were they ever detailed.  The course had obstacles and was in great shape.  We then used our tokens in the arcade (we bought passes for golf, arcade and riding).  Goofed around there and then finally onto the go karts.  Were were literally the only people riding so it was fun.  Kiki got to drive for the first time too.  Tracy got the fast kart and lapped all of us. I got a kart that actually was so bad I was called into the paddock to get a new one.  We must have rode for 10 minutes or more it was pretty fun and Tracy cackled the entire time on her fast cart.  Kiki, Joel and I also hit the batting cages for a bit too.

An nice day on a not so sunny, drizzly day.
